We don't offer trial accounts, but there is 30-days no conditions money back guarantee.
If you are unsatisfied with the service just let us know within 30 days and you will receive full refund.
There's also no lng term contract, you can cancel at any time, but refunds will be not issued after your initial 30 days period.Can we pay a year in advance?
No, there are only month-to-month payments handled automatically by 2checkout. If you cancel, you will be billed for actual month but not anymore.
Can I change plans at any time?
You can upgrade to higher plan anytime. Downgrades are not possible, because every higher plan contains some features that are not available on lower level.
If you want to downgrade your account, it has to be cancelled and new one (lower) created. We can help you transferring data from old to new account.
What are the system requirements to use AffPlanet?
Since AffPlanet is hosted, there is nothing to install and no server/platform requirements to worry about.
All you need is web browser with JavaScript turned on.
