COS reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member\s access to any or all services provided by COS if we determines that the account has been inappropriately used. COS forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend. COS does NOT guarantee any person or entity will win or earn any amount of money. \ RULES OF ENGAGEMENT \ * All Sites Must be Approved By ADMIN * Sites Must Be 100% English * No Pornographic, Sexually Explicit, Vulgar Sites, Including Banners and Text Links. * Members Found Attempting to Place Such Sites Into Rotation Will Be DELETED FROM The Data Base Immediately and Permenantly! * No Popups/Popunders/Exit Pops! * No FrameBreakers, Downloads(including Active X), Prompts That Stop or which Attempt To Navigate Away From Our Sites! * No Repeat/Duplicate URLs! * No Sites That Promote Hate, Racism, Discrimination, Anti-Social Behavior/Attitudes, Terrorism, or Any Form of Support For Terrorism! * Members Found Attempting to place Such Sites Into Rotation Will Be DELETED FROM The Data Base Immediately and Permenantly! * No Auto Responders! If You Use An Auto Responder For Your Contact Email Address, Your Account Will Be Deleted! Payment Policies Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member\s account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Components Of Success reserves the right to change prices at any time. Members will be paid by Paypal Payment after verification of eligibility by ADMIN. Alternative payment proccessers may be used with the approval of ADMIN such as E-gold, Alertpay, Moneybookers, etc. Payments accrued of $501 or more per Account or Member will require proper tax information to be provided my Member and will be reported to proper agencies. All responsibility and liability for payment of taxes rests with the receiving member. Cancellation No refunds will be issued. Lawful Purpose Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Components Of Success for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials. Disclaimer Components Of Success will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Components Of Success cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Components Of Success reserves the right to revise its policies at any time. Member understands that Components Of Success services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control. Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. Components Of Success shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
